Shipping policy

At HearthWest, we keep shipping simple.

Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders over $75. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $4.99.

Order Processing

Each tee is made just for you, so orders typically take 3-5 business days to process before they hit the road. Processing may take a little longer during holidays, launches, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping service used.

Order Updates

As soon as your order is on the move, we’ll send you a tracking email so you can follow its journey all the way to your doorstep. 📦

Secure Checkout

All payments are handled through a secure, encrypted checkout system, so your information stays protected.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. We’ll always do our part to get your gear headed your way as quickly as possible.
